• Your VIP Membership is billed on a yearly basis.
• Subscriptions made in 'December' will be activated in 'January'.
• Subscriptions made during the year are billed in total per remaining month of the current year.
• We aim to contact you by email within 48 hours after we receive your subscription. This email will contain all necessary information regarding your membership. Please check your SPAM BOX if you don't hear from us after 48 hours.
• By submitting the order form you commit to the subscription payment.
• You can end your subscription anytime during the membership year. Your membership will continue for the complete duration of that current year.
• VIP Membership is non refundable.
• You will receive your VIP Card within 7-14 days.
